British boxer Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to promote the upcoming heavyweight fight.

In spite of these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Paul - normally recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead targeted ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian rejected a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."

Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.

Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought MMA fighters or faded names since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
